FAQ

1. What type of Payments do you accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.

 

2. What is your return policy? Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. With no exceptions.

It is your responsibility to check all items upon receipt for defects.

Returning Defective Items:

You must notify Beautiful Bride to be within 3 days of receipt of the Damage or defective items for return authorization.

Incorrect Orders Received:

If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item due to an error on behalf of Wedding Factory Direct, we will either credit you account or send a replacement with your next order. If upgraded shipping is required, you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges. We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will ship ground and further upgrades in shipping is at your expense.

In the event an order is "Refused" the customer will be help responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

 

3. How quickly should I receive my order? We ship fast! Most orders are shipped out in 1-3 days.

BACKORDERS\ OUT OF STOCK Should your item be backordered (temporarily out of stock), we will contact you immediately to verify whether you would like to have your item shipped when the product is available or you may chose another item that is available at the time of ordering.

 

4. Do you ship Internationally? At this time, no we do not.
